Continue even until armhole measures 8½–10½”. Fasten off.

Shape Shoulders:
Skip first 6–10 sts, join yarn to next dc, and work across 36–46 sts. Fasten off.

🔸 Left Front

Ribbing:
Ch 10, work rib pattern until piece measures 9–15½” (23–39 cm).

🔸 Right Front

Work as Left Front but reversed for armhole and neck shaping.

Work until sleeve measures 16–18″.
Fasten off and mark armhole join points.

🔸 Finishing

Sew shoulder seams neatly.

Neckband:
Ch 7, work sctbl ribbing until it fits the neckline, sewing as you go.

Button Band:
Join yarn along front edge. Work 4–5 rows of sc evenly up the left side.
Mark positions for 7 buttons — one near neckline, one ½” from lower edge, and 5 spaced evenly between.

Buttonhole Band:
Work 5 rows of sc on the opposite side, creating 7 buttonholes by chaining 2 and skipping 2 sc across the 3rd row.

Sew on sleeves, align ribbing neatly at armholes, and close side seams. Add buttons.
