With her rosy cheeks, brown pigtails, and delicate flower hair accessories, this amigurumi doll is a charming project for crafters who love detail and personality. Perfect for gifting or collecting, she’s a true labor of love that will make anyone smile.

🧶 Materials You’ll Need

  • Yarn: Cotton yarn in beige (skin), brown (hair), yellow (shirt), pink (overalls), and white (shoes)
  • Hook: 2.5 mm (adjust size based on yarn weight)
  • Stuffing: Polyester fiberfill
  • Safety eyes: 8 mm
  • Embroidery thread: Black (for lashes), red (for smile), and pink (for cheeks)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors

👧 Head

  1. R1: Magic ring, 6 sc
  2. R2: 6 inc (12)
  3. R3: (sc, inc) × 6 (18)
  4. R4: (2 sc, inc) × 6 (24)
  5. R5: (3 sc, inc) × 6 (30)
  6. R6–R11: sc around (30)
  7. R12: (3 sc, dec) × 6 (24)
  8. R13: (2 sc, dec) × 6 (18)
  9. R14: (sc, dec) × 6 (12)

Stuff the head firmly before closing.
👉 Insert safety eyes between rounds 8–9, 7 stitches apart.
Embroider the nose, smile, and blush spots using thread.

🧥 Body

  1. R1: Magic ring, 6 sc
  2. R2: 6 inc (12)
  3. R3: (sc, inc) × 6 (18)
  4. R4: (2 sc, inc) × 6 (24)
  5. R5–R7: sc around (24)
  6. Change to yellow yarn for the shirt and crochet R8–R12: sc around (24)
  7. R13: (2 sc, dec) × 6 (18)

Stuff the body and sew to the head securely.

🦵 Legs (make 2)

  1. R1: Magic ring, 6 sc with white yarn
  2. R2: 6 inc (12)
  3. R3: sc around (12)
  4. Switch to beige and crochet R4–R8: sc around (12)
    Stuff lightly.

✋ Arms (make 2)

  1. R1: Magic ring, 6 sc with beige yarn
  2. R2–R5: sc around (6)
Switch to yellow yarn for sleeves and crochet R6–R8: sc around (6).
Do not stuff too much. Sew to body sides.

💕 Overalls (Pink)

  1. Start with a magic ring, 6 sc.
  2. Increase evenly to reach 24 sc circumference (fits body).
  3. Crochet in rounds for 5–6 rows.
  4. Add front bib by working 10 sc across front, 4 rows up.
  5. Chain straps (approx. 15 ch each) and attach to back.
  6. Add a small front pocket with 5 ch base, 3 rows up, and sew on.

💁 Hair

Use brown yarn:

  1. Crochet a cap fitting the head shape (start with 6 sc, increase evenly to cover).
  2. Sew the cap securely.
  3. Cut equal-length strands for pigtails, attach to both sides, and tie with pink flowers or bows.

🌸 Assembly

  1. Attach head to body firmly.
  2. Sew arms and legs symmetrically.
  3. Dress the doll in her pink overalls.
  4. Add final touches: flowers, blush, or embroidery details.

💖 Finished Size

Your doll will stand about 18–20 cm (7–8 inches) tall — the perfect size for play, gifting, or displaying on a shelf.
